Detox pads, actually are helping.

I have been using these detox pads that I bought from the shopping site Joom. This absolutely fantastic shopping site that offers great discounts and points that you can spend there too. Well these pads are brilliant, you stick them on the soles of your feet and they draw the toxins out of your body. I haven't slept properly in many years with my condition worsening with the lack of sleep. 

I am on over 20 tablets day, which allows me to live a fairly normal life. Although I still ache a great deal even after taking them. I get to walk around in my home for a tiny bit aided by my crutches before I have to sit down again, I just wish I didn't have to take so much medication for a normal day.

These pads have been fantastic, the first night I used the pads I got into bed and actually slept for 6 hours. I didn't awake with twitching or aches. I'm still taking all my tablets but actually getting sleep will help my healing process. I was hoping that by now I wouldn't feel so exhausted every day, unfortunately that's not the case just yet. 

The pads all arrived all wrapped in plastic.  The sticky pads are wrapped seperatly from the detox pads. They smell of mint, mixed herbs and something else I can't put my finger on. I will of course update if I do find out which herbs or spices used. The detox pads are imparted from Singapore and they arrived fairly quickly too.

I have been pleasantly surprised with how the detox pads have actually worked. You can apparently use them for weight loss and many other things. I was more interested in the fatigue and aches, finding something else to assist in finding me some comfort.
